Jessica then transitioned to a supervisory/training role with Southwest Airlines as a Senior Writer out of Southwest's headquarters in Dallas, TX. Jessica joined Business Professionals' Network Inc. Terri Z Varnell, SPHR is the Chief Operating Officer for Human Resource Certification Preparation (HRCP). Over the past 20+ years she has overseen the business operations of this small company and has worked diligently to help over 100,000 HR professionals all across the globe successfully prepare for their HR certification exams.
